O viață pe bicicletă
Sergiu, fondatorul Ride Therapy, a fost pe mountainbike-ul său literalmente de o viață. Și-a luat primul MTB la 13 ani, acum mai bine de 30 de ani, și de atunci nu s-a mai oprit.
De la descoperirea României ca adolescent în șaua bicicletei sale, la traversarea Alpilor pe un mountain bike în 2008 și, mai recent, la faptul că a fost primul care a parcurs întreaga Via Transilvanica pe o bicicletă normală în 2022, picioarele și inima lui nu pot sta locului prea mult timp.

Am avut o experiență absolut minunată cu Rent a Bike Shop Sighișoara! Bicicletele disponibile pentru închiriere sunt într-o stare excelentă – foarte bine întreținute, confortabile și potrivite atât pentru plimbări relaxante, cât și pentru trasee mai aventuroase. Se vede clar atenția la detalii și grija pentru calitatea serviciilor oferite.
Ceea ce a făcut cu adevărat diferența a fost faptul că Sergiu este un om cu adevărat pasionat, care transmite prin toți porii lui dragostea de bicicletă și mișcare. Ne-a oferit sfaturi valoroase, ghidare clară și recomandări de trasee absolut superbe în jurul Sighișoarei. Datorită lui, am descoperit locuri deosebite și ne-am bucurat de peisaje incredibile, pe care altfel probabil le-am fi ratat.
Plimbările cu bicicleta au devenit astfel o experiență relaxantă, plină de bucurie și energie pozitivă. Fiecare moment petrecut pe traseu a fost o adevărată plăcere.
Mulțumim din suflet pentru profesionalism și pentru amabilitatea care ne-a transformat weekendul într-o amintire de neuitat! Recomand cu toată încrederea! 🚴♂️

Bicicletele electrice foarte bune, iar serviciile lui Sergiu au fost impecabile. Ne-a recomandat un traseu superb cu indicatii precise. Multumim:)

We had an absolutely amazing bike tour with Sergiu around the beautiful hills of Transylvania, near Sighisoara. The day was sunny and perfect, though it had rained before, making some parts of the terrain quite challenging. Sergiu adapted the route to the conditions extremely well, ensuring we had the most enjoyable and safe experience possible.

I had the honor and the great pleasure of going on a guided EMTB tour with Sergiu during my Romanian vacation. What can I say? The tour was the highlight of my vacation. Sergiu has fantastic bikes, one of which I borrowed, and his enthusiasm for mountain biking knows no bounds. He and others designed and painstakingly implemented their own trails. I won't soon forget this 60 km tour. And at the end, a fantastic view over Sighisoara. A huge thank you to Sergiu's trail and bike expertise. And I was also enlightened about Romanian history. Thank you so much for this unique experience.

Sergiu knows the area very well and will give you all the information you need to have a great time. I rented an electric bike for a day at a very reasonable price. It was in perfect condition and equipped with everything I needed (helmet, repair kit, map).

We rented two high-quality mountain bikes from Sergiu for a day and were blown away by the fantastic service. Sergiu provided us not only with bikes, but also with helmets, a repair kit, a map—and so much more!
We wanted to cycle from Viscri to Sighisoara without carrying our heavy luggage, and Sergiu made it all happen: while we enjoyed a stunning mountain bike route, he arranged for our bags to be transported straight to Sighisoara. Amazing!
Communication with Sergiu was incredibly fast and friendly. When we arrived in Sighisoara, Ana—who received the bikes and handed over our luggage—was also extremely kind and welcoming.
Just a heads-up: Sergiu offers both electric and regular mountain bikes. The route from Viscri to Sighisoara is quite long with significant elevation, so riding it on regular bikes was a bit of a challenge (maybe around 4-6 hours of biking) —but definitely a fun and rewarding one!

If you want an experience that will leave you smilling, Rent a Bike is the answer. My tour through the beautiful woods and Sighisoara's surroundings was fantastic, thanks to the top-notch e-bike and our wonderful guide, Sergiu. He's a rare gem - a highly professional guide who's also genuinely funny and a captivating storyteller. His expertise on bikes and the Sighisoara area is unmatched.
